List of Characters

I have now made it through the list of characters. Woot! I may go back through this list and the glossary as I translate in order to update information and keep it consistent.

Ahri Numerist, with the rank of Sixth Professor, who taught Derguín the rules of mnemonics, calculus, and concentration from his order.
Aiskhros Bastard son of the emperor Mihir Barok, and governor of the castle of Grios.
Amorgos Officer of the Ainari army, in charge of surveillance at the city gates.
Aperión One of the captains of the Red Horde. In practice, he is the second in authority after the warlord Hairón. He is a Tahedorán with eight marks.
Brauntas Numerist philosopher, Second Professor of the order, and tutor of Prince Togul Barok. Creator of the utopia La Ciudad del Arpa.
Burtún A Gaudaba, head of the village of Larmiya, and rival of the Mallet.
Cuiberguín Warrior of Ainari origin who, due to disagreements with his former ally, Mihir Barok, fled the empire and settled in Zirna. There he put down his weapons and ended up becoming part of a family of prosperous merchants and entrepreneurs. When he had already turned fifty, he had the youngest of his children, Derguín Gorión, whom he began to train in Tahedo as a child.
Daengol Ibtahán with four marks of mastery. Garrison captain of Grios.
Deilos Former classmate of Derguín and Mikhon Tiq in Uhdanfiún. A declared enemy of both, he was responsible for them being expelled.
Derguín Gorión Former student of Uhdanfiún, who was expelled for insubordination along with his friend Mikhon Tiq. He possesses six marks of mastery, making him Ibtahán (little master). He is Ritión, a native of Zirna.
Fariyas Kalagorinor hailing from the peninsula of Iyam.
Ghiem Captain of the Red Horde. He is a Tahedorán with eight marks of mastery.
Grand Magister Director of the academy of Uhdanfiún. His name is Bahartas. He is the only Tahedorán of Tramórea who possesses the ten marks of mastery.
Hairón Warlord of the mercenary army known as the Red Horde and holder of the Fire Sword at the beginning of the story. He is a Tahedorán with nine marks of mastery.
Kalitres Kalagorinor of Zenorta, whom others had not heard anything of in hundreds of years.
Kepha Kalagorinor hailing from a lost kingdom, to the east of Pashkri.
Kirión The Serpent: Lieutenant of Togul Barok. Of low social background (son of peasants emigrated to the suburb of Eidostar), he rose in the army thanks to his lack of scruples and the severity with which he repressed the rebellion of troops from the northwest border.
Koemyos Kalagorinor of Ainari origin. He lives in the tower of Ulpirgos, where the Table of the Magi meets.
Kratos May Captain of the Red Horde, of Ainari origin. He is the only Tahedorán that, without having turned forty, possesses nine marks of mastery.
Krust Archon of the Ritionan city of Narak. A former companion of Kratos in Uhdanfiún, he himself is a Tahedorán with seven marks of mastery.
Landas Officer of the troops of Togul Barok, who captures Kratos and Tylse in Grios.
Linar Kalagorinor who lives apart from the world in the forest of Corocín.
Lormesto Medic and herbalist in the castle of Grios.
Lwetor Kalagorinor of Trisian origin. He is the youngest of the members of the Table: he is only three hundred years old.
The Mallet A Gaudaba of great stature and prodigious strength, the most feared in the western region known as the Kremnas.
Mihir Barok Current emperor of Áinar, father of Togul Barok.
Mikhon Tiq Former student from Uhdanfiún who was expelled along with his friend Derguín. Although he studied martial arts together with him, he did not achieve enough mastery to become Ibtahán. He is Ritión, a native of Malirie. At the beginning of the story, he is an apprentice to the mage Yatom.
Minos Iyar The greatest hero in the history of Tramórea, after Zenort the Liberator. When the Inhumans dominated practically all the lands and had men enslaved, Minos found the Sword of Fire, which had been long lost, and reconquered the throne of Áinar. After defeating the Inhumans and the sorcerer who ruled them, the Gray King, he brought the empire of Áinar to its greatest splendor. When he was only forty years old, affected by the death of his wife Asheret, he left everything – throne, palace and armies – and departed for the unknown. He is said to watch over men from his constellation, awaiting the final battle against the Gray King.
Nalobas Medic of the Red Horde, who personally attends Hairón.
Shayre Young concubine of Kratos May in Mígranz.
Siharmas Captain of the Red Horde. He is a Tahedorán with seven marks of mastery.
Tarondas Geographer, cartographer, and director of the Hindewom temple library, the most important in Áinar.
Togul Barok Legitimate son of Emperor Mihir Barok, crown prince of Áinar. He is a Tahedorán with eight marks of mastery. Due to his large stature (two meters ten) and, above all, his double pupils, the rumor is that he is actually a demigod.
Tríane A mystery.
Turpa Master of Uhdanfiún, member of the Tribunal of the Sword. He was an instructor of Derguín before he was expelled.
Tylse Woman from Atagaira, Tahedorán with seven marks of mastery.
Ulma Tor Sorcerer of unknown origin who does not belong to the order of the Kalagor and who helps Prince Togul Barok.
Yatom Kalagorinor of Ritión origin, teacher of Mikhon Tiq and friend of Linar. In the past, he saved the life of Kratos May.
